Summer Trips to Zambia

Our first KCF sponsored trip was in the summer of 2007 and had a productive outcome thanks to two teams of people comprised of teachers, counselors and many skilled adventurers.

Our next trip is scheduled for the Summer of 2009.

Volunteers take Foundation donations with them and help to deliver these gifts directly to the children, school and community in Ng’ombe compound in Lusaka. Based on their skills and interests, volunteers also helped with art, teaching, counseling.

A field trip with the children in 2007 was to the Chimfusi Chimpanzee refuge and Chobe park in Botswana.
